We complete a thorough audit of the dealerships database. As part of this process we look to ensure that the data is updated, filtered, and prioritized. 

This process combined with the effective call scripting, high energy sales practices, and the dynamic follow up programs we use allows us to create a campaign that will create a substantial amount of business over the phone.  

Prior to our event, we will coordinate with your management team, a proper phone campaign. We will be utilizing the dealers’ customer base in areas such as previous sold clients, current finance customers who are eligible for an upgrade, "dead" finance leads, current sub-prime customers, and unsold prospects.

Our Retention Team consists of 2-6 Specialists and a Team Leader.

We segment your customers into specific groups, with each one having their own “buying buttons” 

Team Leaders are skilled at structuring deals and financing good or bad credit customers.

Our Telephone Retention Specialists call your customers, set appointments and sell cars.
